The University of Toronto International Scholar Award – University of Toronto Mississauga is given to outstanding international students at the University of Toronto Mississauga. The recipients are chosen by a committee. You may be awarded one of the following based on academic achievement and overall academic competitiveness:

Eligibility Criteria

The University of Toronto International Scholar Award – University of Toronto Mississauga is subject to the following terms and conditions:

The University of Toronto Mississauga reserves the right, without notice, to change the value and eligibility criteria for awards each year.
Except for the Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship, this award may be combined with any other entrance scholarship. This award is not available to international students who pay domestic tuition.
Due to poor academic performance, this award may be revoked.
This scholarship is only available to full-time students at the University of Toronto Mississauga and cannot be transferred to other campuses or faculties.
The scholarship may be renewed up to three times in a row.
To be eligible for the scholarship renewal, students must have completed at least 3.0 credits by the end of the Fall/Winter session of each year.
Following your first, second, and third years of study, your award will be renewed based on your academic performance and full-time study. While renewal is not based on a specific minimum grade point average, we anticipate that your outstanding academic performance will continue and that you will remain “in good standing.”
After your full-time enrollment is confirmed in September, the annual scholarship value will be applied to your student account.
If the award is forfeited in any year due to any condition not being met, it cannot be renewed in the following year, even if all conditions are met.
