Crispin Glover was born on April 20, 1964, in New York City, New York, to actor Bruce Glover and his actress wife, Betty Glover (formerly Bloom Koerber). His mother resigned soon after his birth. He was reared in a creative and culturally varied environment in Los Angeles, California, when his family migrated there. Michael Leigh is his younger brother.
