Global Achievement Scholarships for International Students at Cascadia College
Cascadia College is pleased to provide international students, both new and continuing, with financial possibilities. In order to be considered for selection, all scholarship applications must be received by the deadline. After the 30th day of the quarter for which the scholarship was granted, beneficiaries will receive their prizes. Cascadia international scholarships are one-time awards; the monetary value of each scholarship varies.
The Global Achievement Scholarships are offered to students who have excelled academically and in one or more of the following categories: Academic Merit, Leadership, and/or Community Service. Each award is $1,250.

About the Cascadia College
Cascadia College is a public community college located on the same site as the University of Washington Bothell in Bothell, Washington. Cascadia was founded in 2000 to serve the cities of Bothell, Woodinville, Kirkland, Kenmore, Duvall, Carnation, Sammamish, and Redmond, as well as other smaller areas in the broader Seattle region. Cascadia provides associate degrees in two years, two bachelor’s degree programmes, continuing education courses, and professional and technical training.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be enrolled at present Cascadia students who have completed at least one quarter of coursework at the institution
- Applicants are required to be enrolled in classes for the upcoming academic quarter.
- Applicants are only eligible to receive the Global Achievement Scholarship in Academic Merit once per academic year (Summer-Spring), but may apply for the Global Achievement Scholarship in Leadership and/or Community Service in the spring.
Documents Required for Application
- Completed Application (Required). Please write legibly and answer all questions thoroughly.
- Personal Statement (Required). Every applicant will need to submit a personal statement (500 words max). Subjects will be determined by the type of scholarship. For further information, please study the scholarship types listed below.
- Form of Recommendation (Required). Candidates must send at least one (1) recommendation letter, but may submit up to two (2). (s).
- Unofficial Cascadia Transcript (Required)
