The life story of Mercy Johnson

Mercy Johnson’s family is from Okene Local Government in Kogi State, Nigeria; however, she was born in Lagos State to her parents, Daniel Johnson, a retired naval officer, and Elizabeth Johnson, his devoted wife. She is the fourth kid out of a total of seven in her family.

Mercy Johnson had her elementary education at the Nigerian Navy Primary School in Lagos State, located in the southwestern region of Nigeria. It was there that she earned her First School Leaving Certificate.

She went on to complete her secondary school at the Nigerian Navy Secondary School in Portharcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. There, she earned her West African Senior School Certificate. After finishing her primary education, she went on to complete her secondary education.

In 2004, Mercy Johnson made her professional debut in the Nigerian film industry, more often referred to as Nollywood.

She tied the knot with Prince Odianosen Okojie on August 27, 2011, and the couple now has four lovely children together as a result of their marriage.
