Scholarship Benefits
The Scholarship covers up to the normal duration of the programme on the condition that the recipient maintains a record of excellent academic performance and exemplary behaviour.
- Complete payment of subsidised tuition fees (after Tuition Grant).
- Other than the three-year bond applicable to all Singapore PRs and overseas students under the MOE Tuition Grant Scheme, there are no conditions linked to the Scholarship.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to all nationalities.
- Selected winners must enrol in an undergraduate degree programme at full-time status. The award will cover the duration of studies at NTU.
- Outstanding Singapore-Cambridge GCE ‘A’ level, Diploma from a Singapore polytechnic, NUS High School Diploma, IB Diploma, or Year 12 comparable qualifications are required.

How to apply

Applicants have to submit their application for admission before submitting their scholarship application.
Applicants having the following credentials:
Singapore-Cambridge GCE ‘A’ level Diploma conferred by a Singapore polytechnic NUS High School Diploma IB Diploma
- The scholarship application form is accessible via the link ‘Apply for Scholarship’ at the conclusion of your online admissions application. You must log in with the application number that was issued to you.If you have reserved a programme at NTU’s undergraduate level, please log in to access the scholarship application form.
- A 300-word Personal Essay is needed as part of the application submission process. On the scholarship application form, the three themes you may choose from are listed.
- After completing the application form, applicants must provide the following materials:
- upload a recent photo in passport size (digital image).
- Submit a recommendation online. The evaluation must be completed by a teacher who is not a family member or relative. After submitting your scholarship application, you will be given a URL to share with your school’s educator. Please provide your NTU application number and date of birth when you give the link to your teacher, as he or she will require these information to submit the online evaluation. The online evaluation form must be completed and submitted by your teacher within seven days of your scholarship application. If your teacher requires additional time and is unable to complete the assignment online within seven days, please contact him or her to submit as soon as feasible (preferably not more than 2 weeks from your date of scholarship application). Remember that just one online recommendation can be provided to support your application.
Applicants with Grade 12 equivalency:
