Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular field visits to project sites, observing distribution activities and interviewing stakeholders
  • Administer monitoring tools for quantitative and qualitative data collection
  • Analyze collected data to identify trends, challenges, and successes
  • Write detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations
  • Present monitoring results to stakeholders and provide feedback on best practices
  • Foster strategic partnerships with key local stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of field monitoring activities to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/HND with a focus on quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
  • Minimum 2 years experience in humanitarian responses
  • Strong knowledge of NGO data collection processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and cloud-based software tools
  • Experience with GPS devices and ODK for data collection
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; Hausa fluency preferred
  • Willingness to work in security-prone areas
