Job Overview
They’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join the team and help attract high-value clients through Instagram and TikTok. Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development & Execution:
- Create and implement a targeted social media strategy to attract high-ticket clients.
- Identify key demographics and tailor campaigns to engage potential clients.
- Produce high-quality, engaging content focusing for the premium services.
- Execute organic and paid campaigns to generate leads and boost sales.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Develop visually striking content such as videos, reels, and posts showcasing the high-ticket services.
- Collaborate with creative teams or designers to produce top-notch social media assets.
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with our campaign goals and business objectives.
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
- Use advanced targeting techniques and analytics to draw in high-ticket clients.
- Engage with potential leads through personalized messages and follow-ups.
- Explore influencer partnerships and growth strategies to expand the brand reach.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Utilize tools like Instagram Insights and TikTok Analytics to monitor key performance metrics.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and optimize future campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on campaign results and recommendations for improvement.
- Community Management:
- Build and nurture a strong community of engaged followers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Connect with industry influencers and partners to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts, specifically on Instagram and TikTok.
- Success in generating high-ticket clients through strategic social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and content trends.
- Experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns for lead generation.
- Creative thinking with excellent skills in content creation, especially short-form video.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
