Job Description
Property managers are accountable for the day-to-day maintenance and repairs, as well as the continuing maintenance, upkeep, and security of the properties they manage.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the administration of contracts for the purchase of goods and services.
- Prepare and oversee the administration of the facility’s operating budget.
- Respond to the issues and complaints of clients.
- Manage the team and delegate responsibilities.
- Keep the work areas clean.
- Check that all of the safety measures are being followed.
