Job Description

Food and beverage servers are responsible for taking orders, serving customers food and beverage products, ensuring that customers are happy with their dining experience, processing customer payments, and immediately addressing any complaints or problems that may arise as they occur.

Location; Innisfail, AB

Salary; 17.00 hourly for 40 hours per week

Terms of employment; Permanent employment (Full time)

Responsibilities

• To mix and serve alcoholic beverages, you must be of legal drinking age.
• Respond to customer complaints or concerns
• Prepare and serve specialty foods at the tables of customers.
• Present bills to customers and accept cash, credit or debit cards, travelers checks, or room billings as payment.
• Describe menu items for customers, including daily specials.
• Enforce provincial and territorial liquor laws and regulations.
• Provide menu suggestions.
• Cash balance and record sales
• Tables, trays, and chairs must be clear and clean.
• Greet customers, present menus, make recommendations, and answer food and beverage questions.
• Order and maintain wine and wine glassware inventory
• Serve food and drinks
• Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bartenders. Assist clients/guests with special needs.
• Offer customer service
