What exactly is the role of a material handler?
Material Handlers play an essential role in warehouse operations. The primary responsibilities of a material handler include stocking shelves with newly arrived orders and selecting items from stock in accordance with detailed instructions provided by customers.
In addition to this, as a Material Handler, you will be responsible for monitoring inventory and reporting any shortages.
The labor they conduct, which includes moving merchandise, documenting deliveries, and monitoring supplies, is sometimes referred to as warehouse associate work.
They do not require any sort of formal degree but do require training on the job.

Salary; 21.50 to 22.50 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport products and materials by hand or with simple material handling equipment.
- Use various equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
- Orders and inventory
- Weigh materials and merchandise
- Goods must be packed and unpacked.
- Sort, crate, and stack merchandise
- Install, lash, and secure your items
